THE STORY, exactly as it was typed into Storyboard Video: High in the snowy Altai mountains, Aigerim, a young eagle huntress in a fox-fur hat and a long red embroidered coat, rides her black horse along a frozen river, her golden eagle, Kara, perched on her thick leather glove. She lifts her arm, and Kara launches into the sky, great wings spread over the white valley. Then a blizzard rolls down from the peaks. The wind howls, the snow swallows the sky, and Kara vanishes into the storm. Aigerim calls into the white, "Kara! Come back!" but only the wind answers. All night she rides into the storm, her horse pushing through deep drifts, the river ice cracking beneath its hooves. At dawn the blizzard breaks.
